All competitors must be employed by a company that is a member of NATE and each competitor must complete the form below. After completing the form, follow the provided link to our payment portal to pay the entry fee of $125/competitor.

At least one member of each team must hold current certifications in:

Competent Climber
Competent Rescue
Qualified Rigger

CPR
First Aid
OSHA 10
